Many happy and meaningful moments shared with Phyllis Rager \ Phyllis Apple. While attending Ball State together, we were Chi Omega sorority sisters. In later years we both settled in northern Indiana in the lakes area. We discovered we had both joined P.E.O. , a wonderful group of women who support higher education for women all over the U.S.A.
Very happy to have been a friend of Phyllis. Blessings to all of her family.

My condolences. She was my 2nd grade teacher at Knapp. Great teacher and great person. I have many great memories of her and Knapp school.

Mrs. Apple was a wonderful neighbor and a very good friend to my mother, Wilma Dwight. They both enjoyed a good visit over coffee and sharing family news. She was also an excellent educator who cared about her students and made a different in their lives.

My husband and I met Phyllis in 2010 and are so blessed that she was a part of our lives. A practicing Christian woman. She has been a wonderful friend and we will miss her and keep her memory alive in our hearts. Peace to her loving family.🙏
