Betty R. Wing

Betty R. Wing age 93 of Sturgis, passed away peacefully Friday, April 8, 2022, at Thurston Woods Village.

Betty was born on December 15, 1928, in LaGrange County, Indiana, a daughter to the late George and Bertha (Deken) Hawk.

Betty graduated from Brighton School in Howe with the class of 1947.

On July 15, 1967, Betty married Wilfred M. Wing in Grand Rapids, MI. Wilfred would precede Betty in death in 2009.They resided in Colon until 1999 when they moved to Englewood, FL. They returned to the Colon area years later.

Betty is survived today by her stepson Ronald Wing of Colon, stepson n law Ken Brandy’s of Maple City, and many step grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband Wilfred, Betty was preceded in death by a son Terry Crane, and 8 sisters.

Following in Betty’s wish’s cremation has taken place. Burial of ashes will take place in Brighton Cemetery at a later date.
