Chester D. Geering age 76 of Three Rivers passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 22, 2022.
Chester was born on August 19, 1945, in Battle Creek, Michigan, a son the late Vincent and Verna (Puska) Geering.
Chester served his country in the United States Army from 1963-1967, until his honorable discharge.
On April 29, 1967, Chester married Ursula Nagel in Leonidas, Michigan. They lived in Sturgis, Michigan for 10years, White Pigeon for 20 years, and Three Rivers for the last 22 years.
Chester owned and operated P.D.Q. Metal Fab. He was also the director of Rocket Football in White Pigeon for 10 years 1975-1985.
Surviving Chester today is his wife Ursula Geering of Three Rivers, sisters: Patricia Saxman, and Mary Lou Brandys, children: Chester (Susan) Geering Jr., and Stephanie (Mary) Geering, and grandchildren: Jordan Zych, Paige Geering, Colleen Geering, and Riley Geering.
Besides his parents Vincent and Verna Geering, Chester was preceded in death by his brother Charles Geering, sister Donna Nemchak, and a son and a daughter twin babies Geering.
Following in his wish’s cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held in Ft. Custer National Cemetery on Friday, August 19, 2022, at 9:30 AM.
