To the West family,I am so shocked and sorry! Daphney saved my Niki and then turned around and saved me by allowing me to adopt my Niki! You don’t realize how much it meant to me! I love my Niki and will be forever grateful! I loved you Daphnye! Be see you in heaven! Praise God!

One of the things that impressed me most was that any critter that crossed her path, that was in need of anything, could be guaranteed plenty of good food, a warm safe home and all the love in the world.
If her girls grow up with that kind of a heart, the world will certainly be a much better place.

Years ago my mother was dying of cancer and was at Thurston Woods nursing home. My mom loved her birds and dog and was missing them so bad. One day Daphne came walking by my mother’s room with a dog in tow. My mother was so happy to be able to hold and pet that dog, Daphne really made my Mother’s day. I even have a picture of my mom petting it. Something that I will always remember.
